Family Wellness Network CLE, Inc is a 501(c)3 organization that focuses on integrity, respect, professionalism and teamwork. We work hand-in-hand with clients to achieve the desired results.
Our Story
We were motivated to join the non-profit arena after realizing the role nutrition plays in a person’s health and by living a healthy lifestyle chronic disease are preventable. “We didn’t choose this profession; it chose our entire team. After our own learning experience it was the realization that we could not sit back and do nothing as we watch people of our culture become the unhealthiest people in the world.
Our team came together working direct sales; this career focused on business growth and team development. The non-profit startup utilized the same skill set. In 2010 our team was putting together a plan for worksite wellness in the corporate arena. Those plans changed after realizing the group of people we were most passionate about helping were not in the corporate world. In a single moment we found ourselves forming a non-profit.
The focus was always to operate and own our firm but never imagined it would lead to a not-profit in wellness. We have been exceedingly fortunate for the exposure to business-specific training programs offered by the company we were affiliated with over the years.

Shirley Tatum-Chapman
Founder, Director
Shirley has promoted health & wellness for more than 25 years. She has owned and & operated nationally franchised exercise & fitness salons. She has planned & facilitated leadership and wellness workshops locally and
nationally.
Jacqueline Tucker
Founder, Director
Jackie has been in the health & wellness industry since 1997. She has planned, developed & facilitated effective leadership workshops and trainings. Jackie also served as an Executive Administrator in the corporate arena for 30+ years.
Warren Groce
Founder, Director
Warren has been facilitating workshops & seminars in the community to promote health and wellness for over 15 years. Warren retired as Pharmacy & Medical Equipment Technician for over 30 years. Now, has a successful career as a Real Estate Agent.
Debra Groce
Founder, Director
Debra has been facilitating workshops & seminars in the community to promote health and wellness for over 20 years. She has held a career in banking for over 30 years. Now, also a successful Real Estate Agent.
Dr. Carla Harwell
Director
Dr. Carla M. Harwell is the Medical Director of University Hospitals Otis Moss Jr. Community and Health Center, located in the Fairfax community, where she provides primary care services. She has a special interest in eliminating health care disparities that exist in the African American community.
Saundrina Sylvester
Director
Saundrina is a semi-retired Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio. In 36 years, she has worked in many of the medical health systems in Northeastern Ohio. She lives her life believing that people should be cared for and treated the way she would like to be treated.
